"Catch a wave and you're sittin' on top of the world!"

-- The Beach Boys

Forget about the spectacular underground cities built in the 4th Century by hundreds of thousands of persecuted Christians!  Or the excitement we felt when viewing famed fairy chimneys in the vast region of Cappadocia from a hot air balloon at sunrise!  Or that our luxury hotel room was, in fact, a cave carved out of actual tufa rock (not for claustrophobics)!  Or the gentle snow fall we witnessed in the Red Valley upon our arrival!  Or the mesmerizingly spiritual Whirling Dervishes of the 13th Century!

And you can forget about gazing upon some of the greatest Roman ruins (in Ephesus) we've ever seen in any part of the world (and that's including Italy)!  Or following in the footsteps of the inspiring Apostle John.  Or visiting the House of the Virgin Mary which is said to be where Jesus' mother spent her last ten years.  Or taking in the Temple of Artemis (completed around 550 BCE), which is one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World!  Or simply sampling some of the best cuisine our taste buds have ever had the pleasure of coming in contact with!

All of this, when push comes to shove, pales in comparison to catching an awesome wave on a Turkish camel!

Whatcha waiting for?  Get on it and you'll be sittin' on top of the world!
